Warranty Policy

AVIDGRAM offers 1 year warranty and long-term after-sales support to ensure your purchase is hassle-free and risk-free. We warrant this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials according to the following terms and conditions: 

• 12 months warranty from the original date of purchase.
• Under normal use and conditions. 
• AVIDGRAM agrees, at its option to repair or replace any defective product without charge. 
• The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not assignable or transferrable to subsequent consumer. 
• Provide proof of purchase if requested by AVIDGRAM.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not include:

• Any condition resulting from any use for which the product was not intended.
• Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents.
• Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance. Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
